Our Shipping Policy

We are currently only shipping to the UK and Europe. International shipping will be available in due course.

Shipping is calculated based on what products are bought and what packaging is required. If a large item is bought with several smaller items, then the cost of shipping will be based on the large item only.

All packages are shipped 2nd class, and as it stands, these can then take 2-3 days to arrive to you (UK only). If you have not received your order within 2 weeks (10 working days) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, then please contact us. 

Shipping timescales vary depending on production time. It must be understood that the creator is also in full-time employment. She endeavors to ship all orders promptly, however, as it stands, production time varies from 2 days to 2 weeks, depending on what has been ordered and the quantity of orders made. If you require a prompt turnaround time then please contact us before you make a purchase, and we will try to accommodate your needs. A shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email once your order has been posted.  

Love, Nova holds the right to change shipping costs at any time. This would usually be around Festive seasons so that your package can be tracked, due to the increased likelihood of delays. 



If, upon receipt of your goods you are not satisfied for any reason and wish to ask for an exchange or refund, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order.*

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns if you do not let us know within 5 days of receipt.

Please note the items should be returned to the address provided by us, in the original packaging and condition. On receipt of the items being returned in satisfactory condition we will process your exchange or refund via the payment method used when ordering.

In the unfortunate case of your item being found to be faulty, we will refund the total amount including postage or offer an alternate product if applicable.

* Excludes earrings due to hygiene reasons.



This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from (the “Site”).


When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
